Vacation Rentals:

With 30 years combined experience, we have more hands-on vacation rental knowledge than any other Red Lodge property management company. Both Cathy and Shelly are licensed property managers and have worked in the Red Lodge vacation rental business since 1994.
Our commission rates are very competitive, starting as low as 35%. Our intention is to make money for homeowners and ourselves, without sacrificing the well being of your home.  We understand how important the little details are for homeowners and vacation rentals. Our business plan calls for slow, measured growth in the vacation rental portion of our business, otherwise, all those little details become out of reach and forgotten. We have seen this happen with other companies in Red Lodge and the undersirable effect on homes and homeowners. Don't let a bad management experience  keep you from putting your home in our rental pool...we understand that previous management may influence  your decision to continue in the vacation rental business, but we will always do our best to take good care of your home. Monthly statements, open communication,  frank and honest management...that's what we're all about!!!
Currently, we have 2 spaces available in our vacation rental pool of homes. We are looking for quality, up-scale, well-maintained homes. Long Term Rentals:
Our long term rental pool is small and we plan on keeping it that way. Again, slow growth is our goal. Long term commissions are 40% of the 1st months rent to place the tenant, and 10% each month thereafter. A rental application is required, as well as a credit report and detailed references. We prefer to obtain either a six month or one year lease. Long term rentals also require attention to detail. In today's world it is important to place the right tenant and also continue to monitor the well being of your home.
